Golf course rankings have long been a part of the golf community and are held in high regard to a lot of golfers. However, much controversy can be created in golf course rankings. The differences in some courses rankings is a toss up and architecture is overshadowed by course conditioning and location. With Best Values, we hope to move away from comparing individual courses and move toward a system that looks at a course's architecture and pricing. Using some of the ideology from the Doak Scale and how that matches with pricing determines what holes will be a part of the Best Values. Courses will continue to be added to the list and will all be golf courses anyone can play.
